Operation on my MacBook

Nope, my MacBook is not sick or dying… My friend – A – helped me buy some ram to upgrade my MacBook. He came over yesterday and helped with the operation.

It was a simple 10 min thing.

  1. Remove the battery
  2. Remove the cover plate at the side (there are 3 screws to remove using the spectacle screwdriver)
  3. Remove the old ram
  4. Insert the new ram
  5. Place back cover (Don’t forget the 3 screws)
  6. Insert battery

Now my MacBook is running happily with 4GB ram! Flock (my default browser) definitely feels faster 🙂
